So are the stories true? Like I say in the introduction of the book, "They're as true as I remember them." Which means that as far as I know, yes, though I don't claim that my memory is perfect! And, as everyone knows, two people can see the same thing yet have decidedly different memories of what happened.
That being said, there are occasions in many, if not most, of the stories when I've obviously exaggerated things! But did I make anything up? Nope I didn't, and yes I know how blessed my life has been.
